Courage
Every artist — whether writer, painter, dancer, actress or musician — has to take a big risk. An artist must pursue his goal with passion, so that he can turn his art into a profession and manage his life accordingly. This requires courage. A lot of courage. And a great vision, which the artist must pursue with all his passion and discipline. The artist must believe in his vision and his goals. He has to realize them, even if he has to risk everything — this is the only way he can create extraordinary things and achieve his goals.
Courage to create something new To create something new and extraordinary, you need courage and perseverance. Something that did not exist before, that is unusual, is often viewed skeptically at first and quickly condemned. How many great songs would not exist today if musicians had listened to the critics and the discouraged? Everything new scares us humans at first — and then it changes the world. We want to motivate musicians to play against the current...
in other words... to swim, to try new things, to experiment, to get together with other musicians from other genres and to create something extraordinary. The sax does not belong in the orchestra? Let us open the doors of the orchestra wide, sweep away academic rules and break through boundaries.
BELIEVE IN YOUR VISION, BELIEVE IN YOUR GOALS AND GO FOR THEM, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TORISK EVERYTHING.
Mateo Granić (GRADIVARI Founder)
Motivation
We can only motivate other people if we are absolutely convinced of something, of an idea or a vision.
We are absolutely convinced of the energy that music can release to change things — just like we are convinced of our vision to enable musicians to free themselves to get the most out of themselves and their instrument.
We want to motivate young musicians and experienced musicians to pursue and realize their goals — whether small or big. We will help you to do so, to achieve great success when playing and to do so much faster.
We motivate musicians to overcome their obstacles and to turn their musical visions into reality. We are convinced: if you can hear the music in your head, then you can turn it into reality. We give musicians the tools for just that.
We support musicians in surpassing their musical expectations and pursuing development to reach their fullest potential.
We want to break down the boxes in people's minds and mix musical genres. We want to give musicians all over the world the space to enter new musical worlds, to explore unusual musical styles, to grow and develop so that their music knows no boundaries, no genres and to only accepts "yes I can"!
Music for everyone. Let us free classical music from its barriers. Let us make the unplayable playable.

Connection
Connections are based on credibility, shared interests, goals and values. The value "connection" in action at GRADIVARI: Connection with our customers: we feel connected with our audience, our customers, because we are musicians ourselves. We think like them, we know their wishes, their goals and their motivations, precisely because we have all these things in common with them.
The love for music unites:Music connects. Music should have no boundaries and be subject to no limitations. Music is free and liberated. Music brings people together from all over the world. Musicians of every genre should play together in future, inspire and motivate each other. We want to bring people and music together.
Through the connection with the saxophone, with the audience, with the music — to become one, even if it is for just a moment. To build a connection to the audience, to pass on the healing effect of music (stress reduction).
GRADIVARI supports the idea of community:Music needs freedom. Music is longing for exchange and inspiration. We help to strengthen the exchange between musicians. We play against elitism in classical music.
An interaction, a community of musicians, ergo, no competitive spirit, no ego, but a community, a strong community where the music of each individual musician can grow and develop freely — strengthened by the community.
Responsibility
Responsibility towards our homeland and its people:In the future, we will produce some parts of our products in Croatia — in the home country of our founder, Mateo Granić. In return, we will invest in the landscape and in the growth of the country to create jobs for the local people who help us to produce excellent products. Responsibility towards our planet: we think and act sustainably. In the future, we want to manufacture our products as sustainably as we can. With our responsibility towards our country and our planet, we want to give something back to the people and the place from which we extract valuable resources.
GRADIVARI wants to pass on music from generation to generation:
we want to support professional musicians, performing musicians and those who want to become musicians. We want to give them the necessary tools, strategies and experience to develop their musical skills and thus pass on their music — from generation to generation.
Because we are convinced: the only true music has no specific style. Great music is influenced by all styles of music.
We want music that has been fascinating us people for centuries and that inspires people from classical music to jazz, so that they too can contribute to keeping the love of music and instruments alive and pass it on.
Responsibility towards the next generation of musicians:we want to bring young people closer to music and to their instruments, to show them that music enriches their lives. We are convinced that music strengthens and develops our personalities and character. We want to inspire young musicians to use their music to enrich the lives of other people and to share it with the world. With GRADIVARI, we want to help young people to master musical challenges much faster and to achieve musical success.
YOUR ONLY LIMIT
IS YOUR HEAD.
NOT YOUR FINGERS.
RISE ABOVE
Responsibility towards one of the most influential instruments of all time: we want to take the saxophone out of its corner position and place it where it has belonged all along: on the world stage of music — all over the world.
Whether classical concert hall, experimental theater stage, stadium or rehearsal room of a young Hip Hop-Indie-Reggae band. The saxophone is part of every style of music and every stage — and we put it into the hands of the musicians so that they can combine their styles and mutually influence each other.
The only true music has no specific style. Great music is inlufenced by all styles of music.
